I would love to enlist your help in exposing your network base to an upcoming federal funding opportunity. This year, the Family & Youth Services Bureau will be releasing two funding opportunity announcements to provide mentoring services for children whose parents are incarcerated. To support applicants in better understanding this opportunity and to apply FYSB has compiled electronic tip sheets/resources and will be hosting 4 webinars.
We think that organizations in your network could benefit from this federal funding opportunity and the resources provided. Could you help us spread the word about the potential benefits this program could offer many organizations? In brief, the following can be found on the MCP Support Center website (www.mcpsupportcenter.com)
● Tip Sheets for Potential Grantees
● FAQs on Mentoring Children of Prisoners Grants
● Understanding Federal Expectations for MCP Grantees
● Scheduled Dates and Registration Information for Webinars to Improve Your Application and Project
Thank you for helping us get this information out in the community!
