Give me $1 million a year for 10 years and I can do more than they can with $30 million

I was interviewed tonight on the Garrard McClendon TV show on CLTV about the $30 million that CPS is spending to provide a wide range of interventions, including mentoring, to turn around 1200 teens. You can see the interview at http://www.chicagonow.com/blogs/garrard-mcclendon-live/chicago-public-schools/

You can see it live tonight at 9:30.

I ended the session saying "Give me $1 million a year for 10 years and I can do a lot more than they can with $30 million."
